About the Author

Irina Kvistberg writes philosophical science fiction. CONTINUUM is the universe she created.
She trained as a systems engineer and spent many years as a CFO and executive—roles that required seeing how a complex system fits together before making any decision. Today she works with artificial intelligence, photography, and visual design. In 2024, her work was shown at an AI art exhibition in Venice.
The visual identity of CONTINUUM—from the cover to the project's digital gallery—is her own work and forms a distinct part of the universe.
The novel grew out of questions about memory, identity, and mortality that she returned to for years. Here an engineer's mind turns toward people rather than machines.
CONTINUUM is Irina Kvistberg's first published novel.
